Following Leeds Mets successful participation in the International Indian Film Academy awards in Yorkshire in 2007, this year the University will be continuing to support this momentous event as the official education partner.

This partnership provides students, staff and alumni with an amazing opportunity to work behind the scenes at the IIFAs and gain an invaluable experience. Leeds Met IIFA Volunteers will support Wizcraft to deliver the IIFA Awards in Bangkok. Recruiting of enthusiastic alumni, staff and students is currently taking place to make an important contribution to the delivery of this major award ceremony.

Volunteers will work with Wizcraft from 2 June to 10 June and will be able to return after or fit in a few days sight-seeing after the event. Leeds Met will contribute 50% towards the cost of your travel, accommodation, visa and food. Your own contribution will be between £500-£600.
